Wow! I am so excited today! I weighed and have reached my goal of 60 pounds GONE this morning! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE how I have been helped so much with http://www.affordablehcgdiet.com.
I don't believe I could've lost the weight any other way except maybe surgery!
Last night we went to a banquet and I passed on the bread, baked potato, green beans AND this HUGE chunk of beautiful German Chocolate Cake! I ate salad and part of a small steak and was so glad this morning when I weighed that I had made that decision!
